At Elixir Express LLC, I provide flexibility for each client. Every event is unique, and I work closely with clients to customize packages based on their needs, guest count, and budget. Whether you’d like to add services, adjust offerings, or scale up, I can form a package that fits your event needs. One of my favorite parts of bartending is creating bespoke cocktail menus. I offer detailed consultations to design signature cocktails and mocktails that match your theme, style, and guest preferences ensuring your drinks are as memorable as your event.
Additional Costs
Please be aware of the following potential additional costs:
- A travel fee of $1 per mile (round trip) applies for events located more than 20 miles from my home office in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
- For larger guest counts or events requiring more staff, an extra bartender can be added for $200 per bartender.
Elixir Express does not supply alcohol, but I provide expert guidance to help you determine exactly how much to buy — ensuring you save money and get the best value for your celebration.
